When you first download and set up the platform, you will have created your initial organisation. An organisation serves as the top-level structure within the platform, where all your teams, submissions, and user roles are managed. The organisation is your workspace’s foundation. It houses all teams, projects, and submissions, making it the focal point for managing activity.
Teams within Organisations
Within your organisation, you can create multiple teams. Each team can handle different projects or functions, with specific roles and permissions tailored to suit each group’s needs.
Multiple Organisations
While you start with an initial organisation, the platform allows you to create or join multiple organisations. This is especially useful if you're working across different departments or collaborating with external entities. If your permissions allow, you can switch between organisations easily, ensuring visibility across multiple orgs.
Each organisation operates independently, so data, roles, and permissions do not cross over, ensuring privacy and streamlined management.
To add another Organisation, select the plus button to create a new one. Please note that you will be billed for each extra Organisation you add.
