Editing a user’s details or permissions is a straightforward process, but only users with the correct permissions can make changes to others' roles and access levels. If you're authorised, follow these steps to edit user permissions and update their details.
Steps to Edit Details:
Go to Settings: Start by navigating to the Organisation Settings section of the platform and select Users.
Find the user whose permissions you want to update and click the Edit button next to their name.
Make Changes:
Email Address: You can update the user’s email if necessary.
Permissions: Adjust their permissions according to the role they need within the organisation.
Teams: You can also change the teams they are part of by adding or removing them from various teams within the organisation.
Important Note:
Only users with the appropriate permissions can edit the permissions of others. If you don’t have the right role, you won’t see the option to edit user permissions. Ensure you have the necessary access to manage this feature.
