Controlling when submissions are open or closed helps manage the flow of work and ensures submissions are received only during specific periods. You can set a custom date range to manage this easily.

Steps to Set Submission Availability:

  1. Head to the Projects section in the side panel and select the project you'd like to edit by selecting the three small dots and selecting General.

  2. Scroll to Availability and select between Anytime, Closed or Between Dates.

  3. Set a Date Range: Use the date picker to choose a start and end date for when submissions will be open.

    • Open by Default: If you don't set a specific range, submissions will remain open at all times by default.

  4. Save Changes: Once you’ve selected your date range, save your changes to ensure submissions are only accepted within the selected window.

Submission Forms

When dates are set, these will be displayed within the Submission Form itself so that Creators know the timeframes when making a submission.

Important Note:

By setting a date range, you can better manage deadlines and submission periods, ensuring that submissions are only accepted when you’re ready, such as for contests. By following these steps, you can ensure that your submission process aligns with your desired timelines.
