How to publish a Submission Form within a Project so it's "live" to take submissions

In order to make a form live, you need to be on a paid plan. To upgrade, select your organisation in the top left-hand corner, select the upgrade option and follow the instructions. For more information on paid plans, please see our Pricing Page.

There are several statuses associated with forms:

Draft - This is non-discoverable and non-public facing.

Private - This will be hidden from any type of search engine and will only be accessible to those who have the link.

Public - This is discoverable and should be used if open to public submissions.

  1. Firstly, make sure the most recent version of the form is updated by heading to Projects > Form Builder and selecting Save new version.

  2. Next, head to the Settings and change the status of a Project heading to the Visibility section and change from Draft to either Private or Public.

  3. Double-check the availability is correctly set.

Once activated, this will become enabled, and creators will now be able to submit material. If you haven't already, create a Page - a single URL which stores all of your links to opportunities.

Promote your Page of Submission Forms

The final step is to add either your page URL or your individual submission form URLs to your website or required channel. You should add these to wherever a link can be hosted, whether this be a button on a website, an email campaign, social media or listings site.
