There may be several reasons why another user may not appear in the dropdown list when tagging:
They do not have a User Account
Their name is different on their User Account to what is being entered
They do not have permissions to view this submission due to being in a different Team
If after double checking the user credentials and permissions the problem still persists, please contact our support team.
