If you've received a submission externally such as through an email or through social media perhaps, you can manually add into the system following these instructions:
How to add submission
• In the top right hand corner of the dashboard or within a submissions page, select the Add submission button
• Choose the Project you would like to assign this submission to.
• You will then be brought to a blank submissions page where you can fill in the details of the submission. Start by adding a new creator or if the person has made a submission before, you can assign the submission to them by selecting the correct details from the creator profile.
Please note if you would like to import a list of submissions that have been gathered externally, please contact our support team.
