Adding a submission form to your website is a simple process that allows users to submit material. Follow these steps to set up your submission form and share it effectively:

How to Add a Submission Form to Your Website

Set Up the Form

  1. Navigate to Projects in your Organisation Settings or dashboard.

  2. Select the Submission Form you want to use.

  3. Double-check all the fields to ensure they are accurate and complete.

  4. Preview the form by clicking View Form to see how it will appear to users.

Change the Visibility

  1. Once the form is finalised, change the visibility of the submission form:

    • Draft: The form is not visible to anyone but you.

    • Private: The form can only be accessed by users with the link.

    • Public: The form is accessible to anyone.

  2. Set the visibility to Private or Public depending on your needs.

Share the Form

  1. Click on the "View/Share" button at the top of the Project settings.

  2. Copy the generated URL for the submission form.

  3. Use the URL in one of the following ways:

    • Add it as a hyperlink on your website.

    • Use it as the destination for a button (e.g., "Submit Here" or "Get Started").

    • Include it in a social media post or email campaign.

Optional Widget Integration

For a more seamless integration, you can embed the form directly into your website using a widget.

Final Tips

  • Test the form on your website or platform to ensure the link or button works as expected.

  • Monitor submissions regularly to ensure you’re capturing all entries.

  • If the form’s purpose or fields change, update the URL or widget accordingly.
