Set your Submission Forms Live

How to start accepting submissions by setting your forms live and adding them to your website

Once you have tested your project submission form and all is working the way it should, you'll want to set it live so that your creators can make submissions.

In order to make a form live, you'll need to be on a paid plan. To upgrade, select your organisation in the top left-hand corner, select the upgrade option and follow the instructions. For more information on paid plans, please see our Pricing Page.

How to go live

  1. Head to the Projects section > Form Builder tab. Make sure you are using the most recent version of the form by selecting Save new version.

  2. Once done, head back to the Settings and scroll down to where it says Visibility.

3. Toggle the status from Draft to either Private or Public. Setting to one of these statuses will then activate the form for any creators following the link to this form.

Save Changes: After selecting the desired visibility option, save your changes to apply the new settings.

Visibility Options:

  • Draft: Only team members can see the form. This is ideal for internal submissions or private projects.

  • Private: Anyone with a link can access the form, but it won't be publicly searchable. This is useful for situations like private contests or fee waivers.

  • Public: The form is accessible to anyone and can be found via search. Perfect for open calls or public submissions.

Add your Project to your Listing Page

If you haven't yet created a Listing Page, you should do this first - a listing page is a single URL where all your individual projects appear in one place. Once you have made your project/submission form live, you should then add it to your page.

Promote your Page of Submission Forms

The final step is to add either your page URL or your individual submission form URLs to your website or required channel. You should add these to wherever a link can be hosted, whether this be a button on a website, an email campaign or social media etc.
