How to Add Users to Your Dapple Workspace

Add other members of your team in a few simple steps

You add users to your Dapple workspace from Settings → Users → Add User. Enter their email, choose a role (Admin, Member, or Reviewer), and send. They'll receive an email invitation with a sign-in link. Most workspaces are set up in under five minutes.

How to invite a user

  1. Open Settings → Users.

  2. Click + Add User in the top-right.

  3. Enter the user's email address.

  4. Choose a role from the dropdown.

  5. Click Send Invite.

The user receives an email with a one-time sign-in link. Once they click it and accept the invitation to join your organisation, they appear in your Users list as Active.

How to remove a user

Open Settings → Users, find the user, click the menu (•••) on their row, and select Remove. They lose access immediately. Their previous activity (notes, scores, messages) remains intact in the projects they worked on.
