If you've made a submission to an organisation using the Dapple platform, you will be able to check the status of your submission by signing into your account, searching for your submission and viewing the status of that submission.

Dapple does not make submission decisions or determine an organisation’s submission guidelines. You will need to contact the organisation directly with any questions. You can usually find instructions on how to contact the organisation through their website.

Submission Stages

If you start a submission but do not finish and save for later, it will appear as a Draft submission. The organisation does not have access to this submission and will only be able to view it once it has been successfully submitted.

Once submitted, you will be able to see the Stage your submission is currently at in real time. All stages and the names of these stages are configured by each individual organisation - there are no default stages (e.g one organisation might label your submission "In Review", however, another may label this as "In Progress" or "First Round", it depends on the setup of that organisation.

If you have any questions about the status of your submission, please reach out to the organisation directly through their website or social media.

Viewing Submissions

To view a submission, either to see previously submitted work or those that are in draft, simply click the submission to open up the details. If the work has already been submitted, you will not be able to edit any of the details. You will be able to view the attachments submitted and a section for messaging the organisation.
