Yes! When customising the Stages of a project, you can also set what the creator sees for each stage you set their submission to. For example you might have listed their submission to be "Shortlisted" however you might want this to show to the creator that this submission is merely "In Progress". Another example might be if you are reviewing submissions for a contest but want to inform all creators at the same time of the decisions. You might have an initial "Rejected" internal stage but this still reads "In progress" to the creator. Then, when all entries are in, you can send a bulk message to all creators at the same time.

How to setup

To customise what the Creator sees:

1) Head to your Team Settings > Projects

2) Select the Project you want to customise

3) Select Stages

Underneath the Stage name you will see the message "Displayed to creator as xyz"

4) Select the Edit option and add the name you would like the creator to see when their submission is moved to this stage.

Please note. The Draft status is a creator-only status. This represents any submissions that have been started but not finished. Creators will be able to open these submissions and continue editing a submission they have previously started. It will remain in draft until it is submitted.
