You can permanently delete your Dapple account from your account settings. Deletion is irreversible β your profile, submissions, messages, and any organisation memberships are removed within 48 hours. If you're the only admin on an organisation, you'll need to reassign admin access before you can delete.
Steps to delete your account
Sign in to your Dapple account.
Click your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner.
Go to My Account > Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
What gets deleted
Item | What happens |
Your profile and login | Permanently removed. You won't be able to sign back in. |
Your submissions | Deleted from your dashboard. Organisations that have already received submissions from you retain their own copies of those submissions for their records. |
Your message history | Removed from your view. Organisations may retain their side of the conversation. |
Organisation memberships | Your access is removed. The organisations themselves are not deleted. |
What if I'm an organisation admin?
If you're the only admin on one or more organisations, reassign admin access to another team member before you delete your account. Otherwise those organisations will lose all admin access, which can block billing and member management. Add a new admin via your organisation's team settings, then come back and delete your personal account.
How long does deletion take?
Your account and associated data are removed from Dapple's systems within 48 hours of confirming deletion. Email notifications, final receipts, and any data organisations have already copied into their own records remain with them, not with Dapple.
