You can customise the submission received message on a per-project basis, allowing you to tailor communication for different workflows or audiences.

Step 1: Create Your Template

First, you’ll need to create the message template you want to use.
This is done through the General Settings section (see the separate guide on creating templates for detailed instructions).

Step 2: Apply the Template to a Project

Once your template is ready:

  1. Go to the relevant Project Settings

  2. Navigate to Messages and Reminders

  3. Under the Messages section, select your new template from the dropdown menu

  4. Click Save to apply the changes

What to Expect

When a submission is made, they will automatically receive an email from the email address noreply@dapplehq.com however it will display from the name of your organisation and it will automatically include:

  • A link for the creator to access their submission

  • The date the submission was received

  • The project header

If no project header has been set, the system will default to using the organisation’s logo instead.
