After paying for entries, your access codes and form links appear in three places: on the confirmation screen immediately after payment, in a confirmation email sent to your inbox, and inside your Dapple account under the relevant submission. You can return to your codes at any time by signing in and opening the submission that contains your entry fee payment. Use the same email address you used when making your payment. If you sign in with a different address, the submission won’t appear.
Where can I find my access codes and form links?
Your codes appear in three places after a successful payment:
1. On screen straight away after payment
As soon as payment goes through, a confirmation screen displays all your codes and a Go to form button for each one. Click each Go to form link from this page immediately — it loads the forms into your Dapple account so you can return to them easily later.
2. In your email inbox
A confirmation email is sent to the address you used at checkout. It contains your codes and a direct link to each form. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder.
3. Inside your Dapple account.
Sign in to your Dapple account at app.dapplehq.com.
Go to your Submitted and locate the submission that shows your entry fee payment.
Open that submission by clicking on it. In this example, 3 entries were purchased, and so this contains 3 separate codes/links
Scroll down to the Form Access Codes section.
Your codes are listed there, each with a Go to form button to access the entry form directly.

I accidentally closed the confirmation screen — are my codes lost?
No. Your codes are saved to your Dapple account and sent to your email. Closing the confirmation screen doesn’t remove anything. Sign in to your account, open the relevant submission, and scroll to Form Access Codes — they’ll be there.
I can’t find my confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails occasionally end up there. If it’s not there either, sign in to your Dapple account directly and retrieve your codes from the submission. If you’re still stuck, contact the organiser running the programme — they can see your submission and resend your codes.
I have multiple codes — how do I keep track of them?
Each code unlocks one individual entry form. Inside your Dapple account, each code shows a status so you can see where things stand:
Status | What it means |
Not started | The form hasn’t been opened yet |
In progress / Draft | The form has been opened and saved, but not submitted |
Submitted | The entry has been completed and submitted |
Any form you’ve started but not completed appears in your Drafts section. You can return to it at any time and pick up where you left off. There’s no need to complete all entries at once — your codes stay in your account until each one is used.

Click each Go to form link from the confirmation screen immediately after payment — this loads every form into your account in one go.
Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout, every time.
Bookmark your Dapple account so you can return to your codes and drafts easily.
Check your spam folder before contacting the organiser if you can’t find your confirmation email.
