An Organisation in Dapple is your top-level workspace — the container for all your projects, teams, users, submissions, and settings. Every Dapple account starts with one Organisation, but you can create or join more if your business runs separate brands or programmes. Switch between organisations from the picker in the top-left corner. Each organisation is fully isolated — data, billing, and permissions don't cross over.
What does an Organisation contain?
Projects — every open call, award, residency, or contest you run.
Submissions — every entry to those projects.
Creators — everyone who's submitted to you.
Teams — internal groupings of users with specific permissions.
Users — your team members, with assigned roles.
Settings — branding (name, logo, brand colour), payment connection, organisation-wide configuration.
When should I use multiple Organisations?

For most users, one Organisation with multiple Teams inside it is the right setup. Only spin up a second Organisation when the brand/billing/visibility separation genuinely needs to be hard.
How do I add another Organisation?
Click the Organisation picker in the top-left corner.
Click the + button to create a new Organisation.
Fill in the new Organisation's name, brand details, and primary industry.
Save.
Important: each additional Organisation is billed separately. The cost depends on your plan — check Settings → Billing for current pricing. If you need to migrate an existing Organisation into your account (e.g. consolidating), contact support.
How do I switch between Organisations?
Click the Organisation name in the top-left corner. You'll see every Organisation you have access to. Pick one to switch — your view updates immediately to that Organisation's projects, submissions, and settings. Your team-level permissions in each Organisation apply independently.
