Your organisation's General Settings control how Dapple appears and behaves. You configure them once at setup, in Settings β Organisation. Most organisations spend about ten minutes here at the start and rarely revisit it.
What's in General Settings?
Setting | What it does |
Organisation name | Appears at the top of your public submission pages and in email subject lines. |
Logo | Shown on submission pages and embedded in transactional emails. |
Country | Sets your default time zone, currency, and tax behaviour for Stripe payments. |
Primary Industry | Used to generate initial project templates |
Time zone | Used for project deadlines and submission timestamps shown to your team. |
Default sender name and email | Used when Dapple sends emails to creators on your behalf. |
How to update your General Settings
Open Settings β Organisation.
Click into any field to edit it.
Upload your logo by clicking the logo placeholder and selecting an image (PNG or SVG, transparent background recommended).
Click Save when you're done.
Where do these settings appear?
On every public submission page your organisation runs.
In every email Dapple sends on your behalf β confirmation, payment, message templates.
On any tickets or receipts generated through Stripe.
