Closing submissions can be done in a several ways depending on your needs. Here’s how you can close submissions either by changing the visibility the form or adjusting the submission availability.

Ways to Close Submissions:

  1. Close the Availability:

    • Go to Organisation Settings: Navigate to Projects and select the one you'd like to amend.

    • In the Availability section, simply select the option Closed. This will immediately close the submission form. A message will appear if following the form link, informing creators that the form is closed.

  2. Change the Date Range:

    • In the Availability section, amend the dates of when the Submission Form is open. If you select a future date range, the form will only available from the start date you enter.
