The Discuss section of a submission is a powerful tool for collaboration, allowing you to leave comments, share insights, and keep a record of important discussions. Additionally, you can tag other users to bring their attention to specific notes, streamlining communication and ensuring everyone stays informed.

How to Tag Other Users

• In the Discuss section of a submission, tag a team member by typing @ followed by their name (e.g., @John Smith).

• A dropdown will appear showing matching names. Select the correct person from the list.

• The tagged user will receive a notification with a direct link to your note.

• You can also tag Ash in a conversation (if activated) and ask questions about a submission.

• All participants in a discussion will appear in the top right hand corner

For more info on discussion comments and how best to use, see here.

The User I want to tag doesn't appear in the dropdown

There may be several reasons why another user may not appear in the dropdown list when tagging:

  • Their name is different on their user account to what is being entered

  • They do not have permissions to view this submission due to being in a different Team
