In the Dapple platform, the term Creator refers to any individual who makes a submission. Creators are the applicants, contributors, or submitters interacting with your submission forms.

Key Features of a Creator

  1. Creator Profiles:

    • Each submission made through the platform is automatically linked to a unique Creator profile.

    • The profile serves as a central repository for all information related to that Creator.

  2. Submission History:

    • A Creator’s profile tracks all previous submissions they have made.

    • This allows you to view their submission history in one place for better context and decision-making.

  3. Creator Labels:

    • Labels can be attached to a Creator profile to categorise or identify them for specific purposes.

    • For example, you might use labels such as "Frequent Submitter," "Priority," or "Reviewed."

Creators vs. Users

  • Creators: Individuals making submissions.

  • Users: Individuals managing inbound submissions or using the Send Something platform for administrative purposes.

Why Creators Are Important

  • Centralised Data: Creator profiles provide a complete picture of a submitter’s activity, making it easier to manage relationships and track engagement.

  • Efficient Management: By labelling Creators and reviewing their submission history, you can prioritise and streamline your workflows.

  • Enhanced Communication: Understanding a Creator’s history can improve communication and provide a more personalised experience.
