Forms are what a creator fills out to submit material. You can use one of the existing templates of you can create from scratch. Creating them from a blank page can be time-consuming, so why not use the Smart Form Generator to help you and create one in just a few seconds?
How to use the Smart Form Generator
Head to Projects and either choose an existing project or Create a new one.
If editing an existing project, hit the three small dots on the project card and select Settings > Forms.
When in the form section, add a description of the submission form you'd like to create. Suggest different form fields and add as much detail as you require! Once done, select "Start generation".
Example
"Create a form that includes artist name, a dropdown for age (between 18-30), a radio select option for genres of either fiction or non-fiction. There needs to be a file upload option for docs or pdf files and a single select box to ask if they agree to our terms and conditions."
Once done, Dapple will generate the form with the requested fields. Once created, you should then go and make tweaks where necessary to the different fields and maybe add some imagery or a header. Here's some more info on how to customise your form. The example description above (with a background image added after) created this in just a few seconds...
