Once reviewers complete their work, you (as an Admin or Team Manager) see every score, vote, and comment on the submission's Reviews tab. Each reviewer's response sits on its own row alongside an aggregated view — average score, leading vote, and a Complete badge once the minimum number of reviews has been hit. Use this view to make stage decisions: decline, advance, or shortlist.
Where do reviews appear?
Open any submission that's been sent for review and click the Reviews tab. You'll see a list of every reviewer who has submitted feedback, plus aggregate information at the top of the tab.
What you'll see on each review
Field | What it shows |
Reviewer name | Who left the feedback. |
Submission date | When the reviewer submitted their feedback. |
Comment | The reviewer's written feedback. |
Score | Their numeric rating (if scoring is enabled for this panel). |
Vote | Their structured vote (if voting is enabled). |
What you'll see at the top of the Reviews tab
Average score across all submitted reviews.
Leading vote — the most-selected option across the panel.
A Complete label once the minimum number of reviews has been reached.
What actions can I take from here?
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right of the Reviews tab for further actions on the review — for example viewing the review settings for the panel, or removing a submission from review. Once you've read the feedback, move the submission through your pipeline using the standard Stage controls: decline it, advance it to the next stage, or mark it complete.
Best practice for reading reviews
Read every reviewer's comments before letting the average score steer your decision — outlier scores often have important context in the written feedback.
Compare scoring patterns across reviewers — if one reviewer scores everything 2 points lower than the rest, normalise before deciding.
Use the Complete badge as a signal, not a rule. If you have rich feedback from a smaller number of reviewers, you can still make a decision before the minimum is reached.
