If you’re having trouble uploading an attachment, don’t worry, it’s usually something simple. Here are a few common reasons why an upload might fail, and how to fix them:
1. Check your internet connection
A slow or unstable connection can interrupt uploads, especially for larger files. Try:
Refreshing the page
Switching to a stronger Wi-Fi network or a wired connection
Uploading again once your connection is stable
2. Make sure your browser is up to date
An outdated browser can sometimes cause upload issues. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Updating your browser can often resolve compatibility problems.
3. Disable browser extensions
Some extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with uploads. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to an incognito/private browsing window and upload again.
4. Clear your browser cache and history
Corrupted cache or stored data can sometimes block uploads. Clearing your cache and reloading the page can help fix this.
5. Check your file size
There’s a 1GB limit per attachment. If your file is larger than this, you’ll need to reduce its size before uploading.
6. Check your file type
We accept most common file types (such as .pdf, .docx, .jpg, .png, .mp4, and .zip).
If your file uses an unusual or unsupported format, try converting it into a more common type before uploading.
7. Still not working?
If you’ve tried all of the above and still can’t upload your file, please reach out to our support team directly. We’ll be happy to help you get it sorted.
