What you see in Dapple's review results depends on your role. Admin members see aggregated scores, individual reviewer breakdowns, and written feedback for every submission. Reviewers see only their own allocated submissions and scores. Creators see feedback only if the organiser has chosen to share it. This article covers each view.
What does an admin member see in Reviews?
Admin members have full visibility across the review process. Go to your project and click Reviews. To see a breakdown of all the scores and comments per submission, click into the submission and navigate to Reviews.
From the Results view you can:
See a ranked table of all reviewed submissions, ordered by weighted total score.
Click any submission to see the full breakdown: individual scores per criterion, each reviewer's total, and any written comments.
Filter by stage, reviewer, or score range.
Export all results as a CSV for external analysis or reporting.

What does a reviewer see?
When users with just a Reviewer permission sign in — they don't see the same as an admin org member but has their own personal reviewer account. From the reviewer dashboard, they see:
Their allocated submissions, split into Awaiting Review, In Progress, and Submitted.
Scoring criteria for each submission (defined by the organiser).
A text field for written comments (if enabled).
Their own submitted scores — but not other reviewers' scores, unless they have Panel Lead access.
Once a reviewer submits a review, it's locked. They cannot edit it unless the organiser unlocks it from Reviews → Panel.
What does a creator see?
Creators do not see reviews by default. Feedback is only visible to creators if the organiser explicitly shares it. Creators cannot see scores from other submissions or the overall ranking.
How do I compare submissions across reviewers?
From Reviews click any submission to open the detailed breakdown. You'll see a table with each reviewer's scores per criterion side by side — useful for spotting outliers, or a reviewer who consistently scores much higher or lower than the panel average. You'll also be able to sort by the overall rubric score.
Can I export review results?
Yes. From Reviews, click Export → CSV. The export includes submission title, creator name, scores per criterion, weighted totals, reviewer names, and any written comments. The CSV opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets.
Best practices
Share feedback with creators promptly after decisions are made — delayed feedback is less useful.
If a reviewer has missed submissions, use Reviews → Progress to see exactly who has outstanding work.
Always helpful to export results before making final decisions — the CSV gives you a stable record outside Dapple.
