You can view your previous submissions at any time by signing in to your Dapple account. You will immediately be taken to a list of all your previous submissions, the status of each submission and the message histories with the Organisations you've submitted material to. Select the Submission to see the details submitted, attachments and any messages sent.

Submission Stages

If you start a submission but do not finish and save for later, it will appear as a Draft submission. The organisation does not have access to this submission and will only be able to view it once it has been successfully submitted.

Once submitted, you will be able to see the Stage your submission is currently at in real time. All stages and the names of these stages are configured by each individual organisation - there are no default stages (e.g one organisation might label your submission "In Review", however, another may label this as "In Progress" or "First Round", it depends on the setup of that organisation.

If you have any questions about the status of your submission, please reach out to the organisation directly through their website or social media.

Viewing Submissions

To view a submission, either to see previously submitted work or those that are in draft, simply click the submission to open up the details. If the work has already been submitted, you will not be able to edit any of the details. You will be able to view the attachments submitted and a section for messaging the organisation.
