How to View Your Submissions on Dapple

A quick guide to viewing your submitted material and any submissions in draft

Written by Oz Osbaldeston

Sign in to your Dapple account at app.dapplehq.com to see every submission you've made — drafts, submitted, and withdrawn — in a single dashboard. Make sure you use the same email address used when submitting. Click any submission to see its current stage, the form data you submitted, attachments, and your message history with the organisation.

How to see all your submissions

  • Go to app.dapplehq.com and sign in. Use the same email address used when submitting. If using a different email address, it will lead to an empty account.

  • Your submissions dashboard loads automatically. Every submission you've ever made through Dapple is listed, regardless of which organisation it went to.

  • Use the filter or search to narrow by status, stage, organisation, or date.

  • Click any row to open the full submission.

Can I edit a submitted submission?

No — once submitted, the form is locked. If you need to change something, you may be able to withdraw the submission back to Draft, edit, and resubmit — but only if the organisation hasn't started reviewing it yet.

Where are my Draft submissions?

Drafts appear in the same dashboard as submitted work in the Drafts section. Click a Draft to resume filling out the form. The organisation cannot see Drafts — only you can.

How to see my Access Codes and Links

If you have access codes and accompanying links to other forms, you will be able to see them by clicking on the submission which contains the form access codes.

Clicking on this will then show you all your associated codes and links. You'll be able to see the status of which have been used already, those which are in progress and those not yet started. Selecting the option Go to form will then take you to that submission. See here for more information on Access Codes.
