To download an attachment, open the submission, go to the Attachments tab, hover over the file in the left-hand column until the three-dot icon appears, then select Download.
How to Download an Attachment
All files uploaded by a creator are listed in the Attachments tab. You can download any individual file directly from this view.
Open the submission. Navigate to your project and click into the submission that contains the files you need.
Select the Attachments tab. You will see a list of all attachments in the left-hand column. Each row shows the file name and type.
Expand the column if needed. If file names are cut off, drag the right edge of the left-hand column to widen it until a small three-dot icon (β―) appears next to the attachment name.
Click the three-dot icon and select Download. A small menu will appear. Click Download and the file will save to your device.
Why Is the Three-Dot Icon Not Visible?
The three-dot menu is hidden by default to keep the list clean. It only appears when the left-hand column is wide enough to display it. If you cannot see it, drag the column border to the right until the icon appears next to the attachment name.
What File Types Can Be Downloaded?
You can download any file type that a creator submitted β PDFs, images, Word documents, spreadsheets, video files, and ZIP archives. The file will download in its original format, exactly as the creator uploaded it. Dapple does not convert or compress files on download.
