How to Archive a Submission

Here are the steps on how to archive a submission

Archiving is a simple way to tidy up your workspace without deleting anything permanently. Maybe a submission was created in error. Maybe it’s no longer relevant.
Maybe you just want a cleaner submissions list.

Whatever the reason — archiving keeps things organised while still allowing you to restore the submission later if needed.

Here’s how it works.

Option 1: Archive from the Submissions List (Bulk Action)

Perfect if you want to archive multiple submissions at once.

  1. Go to your Submissions list.

  2. Use the Select All checkbox (or manually tick specific submissions).

  3. Click the “With Selected” button.

  4. Choose Archive.

Done. Those submissions will be removed from your active list.

Option 2: Archive an Individual Submission

If you’re working inside a single submission:

  1. Open the submission.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Archive.

That submission is now archived.

What Happens When You Archive?

Archiving removes the submission from:

  • The main submissions list

  • Filters

  • Downloads

  • Exports

  • Reports

It essentially disappears from your active workflow — without being deleted.

Nothing is lost. It’s simply moved out of sight.

Viewing Archived Submissions

Need to find something you archived?

  1. Go to your Submissions area.

  2. Select “View Archived.”

You’ll see a list of all archived submissions there.

Restoring an Archived Submission

Changed your mind? Easy.

  1. Open the archived submission.

  2. Select Restore.

It will return to your main submissions list and behave like any other active submission.
