Setup your Projects

Setting up your Projects is the main task to complete when onboarding. Here's how to get them set up

A project is a core element of the platform where you define the parameters of your submission opportunity, including what you're looking for, the guidelines, open/close dates, submission forms, payments if required and review parameters.

When you first create an account, we will have created some industry specific project templates already to get you started. You can create a project from scratch but we'd highly recommend using an existing project and then either editing this or duplicating it to create a copy that you can then edit accordingly.

Within each project you should set the following up.

  • The general project settings (like the title and availability)

  • The different Stages

  • Activating Ash AI the automated review feature (optional)

  • Messaging automations

  • Payments (optional)

Setting up Submission Forms

Perhaps the main setup step within the Projects section will be setting up your submission Forms. You can do the following:
